  • Instrumental in starting“High frequency ventilation” in the department.

The first air transport of India done which was published in many newspapers in 2000. Has been coordinating departmental transport services for last 12 years.
  • Developed the “ SOP of the department”
  • Got trained as the Internal Auditor of ISO.
  • Responsible for starting the “Structured theory examinations” for the DNB Pediatrics and DNB Neonatology fellows
  • Faculty to the Govt’s program “ Operationalization of District Newborn Health Program” . Has conducted workshops for the medical officers under this program in Indore, Jaipur and various other parts of the country.
  • Has been a faculty to the UNICEF’s program “ Newborn care in Bimaroo States”.
  • Has been a faculty to the GOI and UNICEF program “ Training of medical staff in Special Care Neonatal Units” in various parts of India.
  • Part of Consultative Expert Group for Facility Based Neonatal Care (FBNC); organized by Kalawati Saran Children’s Hospital, New Delhi National Collaborative Centre for FBNC under the auspicies of MOHFW & UNICEF
  • He has been a speaker in various forum and TV programme related to Neonatology
  • Has been instrumental in conducting conferences related to neonatology
