Dr. Vivek is presently working as Senior Interventional Cardiologist in Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi since 1998 and carrying out the clinical and invasive work of Coronary angiography, balloon angioplasty / Stenting and Valvuloplasty and pacemakers. He is Founder Course Chairman for International Cardiology teaching Course – ‘Indo European Course on Revascularization’. Till now he has 93 Invited Guest Lectures, has chaired about 71 different congresses, has attended about 71 different workshops, have about 50 research publications and has also guided one International thesis of Pakistan. Dr Gupta trains about 4-5 students from France and Nederland every year.
